BUG/PROBLEM Archicad opening 4 instances of the same file each time a file is opened

Hello everyone,

One of my colleagues have a very strange problem.

Each time she opens an Archicad file, the computer opens 4 instances of the same file.

She gets the same result if she:

- Opens a project from File > Open > Open (with our without launch a new instance).

- Opens a file directly from the hard drive.

I can record a video and upload if you need to see it.

Have anyone any solutions for us that I'm not thinking about? Or should I just reinstall Archicad?
