    <description>&lt;P&gt;i've been feeling that my M1 studio just isn't performing as i would expect and i've noticed in the activity monitor that even when idle AC27 uses about 40% CPU constantly. just for fun, what are you people seeing?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i was on tech support with Apple and after much to-ing and fro-ing we deleted some library stuff and prefs, and it now seems to be running much better. no more beach ball when i save. CPU is down to 12% or so now too.&lt;/P&gt;
