Sign in - Graphisoft ID (Archicad 27)

Hello, I'm a high-schooler taking graphic technologies.

Up until a while ago, I could use Archicad with no issues, and I was working on my assessment task with it.

For some reason, I can't use it anymore, and I can't export my project to submit it.

When I open the app on my laptop (MacBook Air), it usually comes up with a page with two options, "Sign in with Graphisoft ID", or, "Sign in without Graphisoft ID". When I could use it before, I would use the second option.

Now when I open it, I can only see the first option, the second one is completely gone. I tried the first option too, and I signed in with my Graphisoft ID, but it is not letting me sign in. It always has a different reason, like "Your password or your username is incorrect", "Your password or username is invalid", "Your account could not be found", "We could not access your account", etc.

I've consulted my teacher and a family member (who is an IT engineer), but it couldn't be fixed.

I've asked my teacher for an extension in the due date, but I would like to be able to use Archicad again.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help. Thank you.

Try resetting your password via a web browser, or a different browser from the one you normally use.

I have seen issues where trying to reset it via the Archicad splash screen fails every time.

You could potentially just set up a new GSID via a browser with an alternate email and try using that.
