How to update the product version

hi. archicad 24 was purchased for the organization. How can I upgrade it to a newer version?

Did you purchase it through an Archicad retailer?

If so contact them.

You will need to pay for upgrades for 25,26,27 and 28.

However I see you have a Russian e-mail address.

You may have difficulties because of sanctions in place against Russia.

I am not sure exactly how it works, but I was of the believe Archicad is being sold there any more - I could be wrong about that.

So you may not find a local retailer.

However I see the latest version is still available in the Russian language.

Maybe you can purchase a collaboration subscription through the web (you will not own the software with a collaboration subscription).

Go to the main Graphisoft web site and click on the 'Buy Now' button and see what happens.

Unless your organisation has a current SSA, I do not believe you can upgrade your old perpetual licences anymore with the option to ending last year, and if you do, you have until the end of 2025 to do it.
