Fresh installed Archicad 24 can`t properly demonstrate font ISOCPEUR in project.

We are trying to open project file on MAC OS with freshly installed licensed version ArchiCAD24.
But there is a problem with fonts in this project.

The project creator usually uses "default" ArchiCAD font ISOCPEUR in his projects.
In our case [ISOCPEUR] shows with this brackets in font window.
And when this brackets appears.
Our text format starts to going mad.

The correct font format is ISOCPEUR without any brackets and etc.
We has a few attemps to reinstal the ArchiCAD 24 with "temp" cleaning and etc.
There was a few times to manually install fonts that we need.
But all this tries were useless.

We need help with correct demonstation ISOCPEUR fonts on stock ArchiCAD 24.

The brackets mean that the system doesn't have the selected font installed.

Install the font and it will show up. This has nothing to do with Archicad.

That is correct.
Archicad does not install any default fonts.
You need to manually install the fonts in your operating system.
Make sure you at least restart Archicad after you install a font, otherwise Archicad still won't know it is there.

When we spot the problem at the first time. There is no installed ISOCPEUR on MAC.
Then we gonna install font on MAC and it works good with any other documents.

But

When we are trying to open ArchiCAD project which was made with ISOCPEUR font.
Our newly added font shows in [brackets] and we need to manually switch it to ISOCPEUR without [brackets] in ArchiCAD font list.

The file was most probably made on Windows.
The implementations on how fonts are handled on the OS level differ between Windows and Mac, so things like this can happen.
You can circumvent this. Read more in the helpcenter.
