NO license key for Education version 28

Hello I have downloaded education version 28 on imac but NO license key is shown on the installer or after it has installed

The license key is not shown on the Graphisoft downloads page in my login where all previous education versions are shown with their expired codes so cant reuse any of those Any help here ??

Operating system used: Mac Intel-based Ventura 13.4.1 (c)

Hello,

The final step is to activate your Archicad educational is with the serial number.

- Open Archicad,

- a window above will appear. Select the Trial/Educational Serial number, and then press Continue.

- Now complete the fields with your information: User ID (your email registered in Graphisoft ID) and the serial number ( in myarchicad account page)

You can check your email or Graphisoft account; support can resend the key!
