ArchiCAD 28 silent installation issue

Hi,

I keep running into an issue where Archicad ver. 28 doesn't install properly. The logs show this:

Some files and folders are created, but it's not usable. I have to perform this remote installation via the command line as I don't have physical access to the systems and RDP isn't an option.

Any help is appreciated.
