Hi

I tried to install Bimcloud-2027 on a Windows 10 server. The install and setup works fine. I'm even able to authenticate it. However when I do a restart, the service does not start.

I checked the firewall. Bimcloud-2026.1 works fine on it. I tried Bimcloud-2027 on a spare underspec'd Windows 11 machine and it works.

I know they say Windows 10 is not supported, but the server does not upgrade beyond Windows 10. Are there any workarounds?

Thanks

Haneef

I am no IT expert, but I had an old office desktop that said it could not be upgraded to Windows 11.

The IT guys did some driver updates and then it could be updated.

I am not sure exactly what they did.

So maybe there is a way to upgrade your old server?

Otherwise, maybe it is time for a new one?
