Hi Jared,

Thanks for pointing out this glitch.

I really could reproduce this case regarding the Wall tool and compared it with the (Slab & Mesh) tools, both have the same (Custom) option for floor plan display and found that when selecting Custom for Show on stories & disabling the Home story option for the 3 element types, the wall exactly disappears while both the slab & mesh don’t disappear in home story and appear as Outlines only.

*For the Wall tool:-

** For the Slab tool:-

I migrated a project to Archicad 30 today and found a fun bug. Some Walls (and Wall Favorites) created in earlier versions of Archicad arrive in Archicad 30 with their new and improved Show on Stories settings set to Custom. And that Custom setting is set to show on NO stories above, NO stories below, and NOT on the home story. This video talks about the issue and solution:

https://youtu.be/4bFJbOVjKlM

This new wall display feature should have been released in version 29.2 so the bugs could have been fixed in version 30. Graphisoft is so sneaky.😆

We didn’t see this come up from Beta and I have already asked the teams to investigate this further.
