ArchiCAD crashing on "Open/Save as..."

We received ArchiCAD V 10.0 CD with Build no: 1013. After installating, when we click on the "Save as.." or "Open" option ArchiCAD is crashing.

I tried reinstalling Quick Time but with no luck. Amyuni PDF is the only printer drivers that were present on the system. I tested this on two systems but both were crashing. On these two systems ArchiCAD V 9.0 is running fine.

It's a P4 - 2.66Ghz, 512 Ram, Windows XP Service Pack 2.

Any one having the same problem, can you suggest me something? Urgent!!!!

Also, add RAM. 2GB is the operational optimum.
