Scott, have a look at this thread:
<LINK_TEXT text="http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/vie ... &&start=30">http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=6799&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=moldings+panels&&start=30</LINK_TEXT>

LiHigh proposes a rewritten wall accessory, that solves your corner problem.
The molding not extending to edge of can only be solved with GDL.
For the moment, you can just reduce the panel thickness (3).
There are several problems with accessories add-ons in general. They need a serious cleaning.

PS : I like the model you showed in a previous post (printing problems). Very cool.

Thank you, I thought I was going crazy.

Per your suggestion I downloaded LiHigh's partial fix, but am not sure how to implement. The download is a RAR file type. Not sure what that is or where to stick it. Thanks, Scott

Hi Scott,

A rar file is just a different kind of compression like zip. You will need WinRar or Stuffit to unpack it. Sorry I can't tell you what to do with the file after that as I am just downloading it myself. By the way I am doing a building in which I had put a tile roof surface on too and I had the same banding problem. I have only a single processor so I don't think it is your multiprocessor that is the problem. I think it is the memory wall which I didn't know about myself. As soon as I turned off the tile surface it was fine.
