Wibu Key Not Responding

I am running AC 9 on OSX Tiger. My wibu key suddenly is not responding. I have restarted and run Onyx and still no response. I searched the site for this issue and found 3 year old posts on it. I thought it best to start new.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Those fickle trinkets!

Sometimes they stop working and you need a new one from the reseller. Don't think you can fool the protection scheme by putting a USB flash memory in there instead. Or a penny.

If the key connection is good, and your WIBU driver is current, restart your machine one more time just to be sure.

After that, you can assume it is faulty.

Thanks Dwight. I've run Onyx twice and restarted twice. I guess the trinket is bad.

just insert your archicad install disk and run only the WIBU installer. alternatively you can download the latest drivers directly from WIBU:
