topic Strange behavior in AC9 folder in Installation & update

<T>Many of the files that reside in the AC9 folder have changed to fast track schedule 8 icon and list its kind as a fast track schedule 8 document. Obviously this is incorrect. Any ideas what caused this?Any ideas how to fix this?
I only crash when I have MS word open, AC9 open and then Printing from plotmaker. This combo will crash eventually and it will crash if I walk away - ie. doing nothing.
Other than the above, we rarely are having problems. A restart did not change the situation. Repairing permissions did not help. Any thoughts would be appreciated.</T>
