I think we need a little more detail/information before we can help... what were you doing when you got the error, what version of Archicad, what operating system, etc

i'm sorry not to mention some information
my system is
1. window xp professional sp2
2. use archicad 10
3. graphic card - radeon 9600(i reinstall graphic driver. but the same situation occur)
4. the error occurred when i start archicad.
toolbox menus are not displayed.

Hi,

Try using the uninstall utility for Ati products (inside the Ati folder in Program Files)

Then Remove all files with ATI at the begginning from windows folder.

Restart

Go install the drivers again.

Anyway try finding out if You use the latest drivers. If the problem persits - go and install newer drivers - but when You are on the newest - try instaling the step back version.
