What is the procedure involved for updating Archiforma 2.0 to suit AC 9.0, if I have changed dongles upon upgrading from 8.1 to 9.0. If the original version was serialized to my old dongle, is this possible ?

Of course it is possible: how can we ask you to buy it once again any time you got substituted your AC dongle?

Quite simple, I simply need a certification from your AC Distributor saying your previous AC dongle has been substituted and I will reset your Registration ID (of course you have to send me also an e-mail with it) in order to let you use it once again to get the new unlock code.

Is there a reason why my AC8.1 version of Archiforma is 2.0, & the latest downloadable version for AC9 version is 1.95

the latest downloadable version for ArchiCAD 9 is ArchiForma 2.05.

It depends on what you purchased:

the free compatibility update for ArchiForma 1.x is ArchiForma 1.95

the free compatibility update for ArchiForma 2.x is ArchiForma 2.05

Purchased and was running AF 2.0 on AC 8.1, but could only find AF 1.95 as a downloadable patch to suit AC9.0 from your web page... Hmm, maybe I should just deal with one thing at a time & get the serial/dongle situation sorted first ! Thx for your help, most appreciated !
