Are we doing something wrong? We are unable to mark up within the project reviewer web environment for the attached file. Does anyone know why the markup tool would be greyed out? The drawing used to create the reviewer includes both topographic lines and an aerial overlay. AC9 only allows publishing formatted as DWF or JPG for this PLN, recommending DWF for lines and JPG for images. Nothing appears when published as DWF, with the attached published as JPG.

AFAIK the redlining options are for DWF only. So the question becomes why are you not getting any information when saving as DWF?

Have you tried a fresh publish? Like publishing to a different location, or simply deleting the original published documents?

Yes to all in addition to using all DWF options of ASCII, Binary and Compressed Binary with both real folders and flat file options.

Other files without an image publish fine with the PRWE. I guess it doesn't like including images with the primitives.
