I did a search for that file name on my Mac and got no results.&lt;BR /&gt;
Either this file is buried inside the application itself in which case&lt;BR /&gt;
no one can send it to you or maybe it is a file in the pc version&lt;BR /&gt;
of the program. I would try installing the AC package from the&lt;BR /&gt;
install CD again, since clearly the first installation was flawed.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Peter .dll is a typical windows file (notorious for causing problems if missing)&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I would suggest a reinstall is in order. Did you by any chance install with custom options which may not have installed that system file?, or moved any archicad files?</description>

Make sure that you are installing with Administrator rights enabled. Turn antivirus software off.</description>

      <description>Hi again. I'm the one who installed ArchiCAD 9 and couldn't run it. It started saying that the GSroot.dll file was missing. Then I've got the file but now it says that InputOutput.dll is missing... I checked which files could be missing too and are these:&lt;BR /&gt;

Second, create a &lt;FONT color="red"&gt;Signature&lt;/FONT&gt; file. It will make it a lot easier for people to figure out what might be happening on your computer and how to help you. To see how to create a Signature go here: &lt;BR /&gt;

Third, uninstall ArchiCAD. Use the uninstall function; if you are on Windows go to &lt;FONT color="red"&gt;Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/FONT&gt;, highlite ArchiCAD and click on the &lt;FONT color="red"&gt;Change/Remove&lt;/FONT&gt; button.; on the Mac, find your ArchiCAD 9 folder. Inside of it there will be a folder called &lt;FONT color="red"&gt;Uninstall.AC&lt;/FONT&gt; and inside that will be the &lt;FONT color="red"&gt;uninstaller&lt;/FONT&gt;. &lt;BR /&gt;
 &lt;BR /&gt;
Fourth, restart your computer. &lt;BR /&gt;
 &lt;BR /&gt;
Last, insert the ArchiCAD CD and let the installer run using the defaults (don't try to make any decisions for the installer). &lt;BR /&gt;
 &lt;BR /&gt;
Remember as you go through this that computers require certain &lt;FONT color="red"&gt;Permissions&lt;/FONT&gt; which allow some people to do things like add or remove programs and do not allow others to do the same; make sure you have the necessary &lt;FONT color="red"&gt;Permissions&lt;/FONT&gt; (log on as an &lt;FONT color="red"&gt;Administrator&lt;/FONT&gt;) &lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>You really need to reinstall ArchiCAD? Seems really really strange. You will find all of those files on your CD.&lt;BR /&gt;

All of the above named files are critical for ArchiCAD to run properly. Either you didn't heave Admin rights when you installed.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Well, I'm a programmer, so sometimes I find a way to enter the file which contains all those .DLL files... but in this case I couldn't.&lt;BR /&gt;
I logged on as the Administrator, but even if I reinstall the ArchiCAD again, it will give me the same error. The problem is that the disc is broken somewhere so at 64% it stops installing... but, rarely, it doesn't say: "the installation have had a problem and had to end". It stops there as if it had already installed. I guess that if I get those files (which are not so many) it has to work. So I've an idea. Someone with ArchiCAD already working give his MSN so I can chat with him and get the files through there.&lt;BR /&gt;
If it doesn't bother anyone...&lt;BR /&gt;
