you can define the resolution of the PDF using the 'PDF options' settings in the publisher.

but if you are choosing to 'Merge' the PDFs into one file, you'll end up with one huge file anyway, right . . ?

<T>I'm having a hard time understanding the new layout process.

Using the organizer to publisher, if I save a set of views and place on a layout and then attempt to publish the layouts as PDF's the resultant files are huge, and to save them takes forever.

The alternative is to avoid the layout and save the file directly from view to publisher which gives me the option to "crop to zoom" which just saves the actual view and the file size are a tenth of the size.

I'm missing something with formatting the publisher and layout .

This is driving me crazy!!</T>
