errorcode 108 and error 1111

Hi
I have a user on win xp professional, with 1GB internal mem. and
200GB hard disk. A new machine with plenty of free space.
He is using ArchiCAD9.
When creating sections in a relatively simple building and wants to have
shadows drawn the machine gives "errorcode 108, not enough room in heap zone" What can be the trouble.

He has also gotten error 1111, does anyone know what that means.

Is he getting any other errors?

Increase the max paging file to five times the physical memory.

Hi Djordje,

thanks for the information, he is not getting any other errors.
We are not sure where you increase the max paging file,
is it within ArchiCAD or is it a part of Windows.
