topic roof tile maker in Installation & update

i was speaking to a rapid prototyping guy, and he told me that i should have an add-on called roof tile maker. that it should have come with version 10. does anyone know anything about this? and why i don't seem to have it? what are the best add-ons available for modeling clay tiles?
