topic Coordinatesystem... switch: X up Y right? in Installation & update

<T>Hi, I have a problem with a dxf from a statecomunity where I have drawn a house on their map.
They have a coordinatesystem ike this: x-coordinate is up (North) and y-coordinate is right (east). When i import the file to Archicad my "normal" coordinatesystem takes over.
After I export the file to dxf and send it to the statecomunity they complain that my x and y have change places.
Is there any way to flip x axel 90degrees up AND mirror the y axel AND it will stay that way after saving...
