Has anyone had such a project load that they have used any of the CAD/BIM service companies to help complete a project? Our work load is getting such that we may need to look into out-sourcing some of our work.

Are you commercial or residential and are you looking for someone in your local region to do the work?

The project we are looking for is a commercial retirement/nursing home facility. Local would not be necessary as files can be transferred with our ftp site.

Or instead of using plain old FTP you might consider my favorite online project manager BaseCamp.

I plug it from time to time here (though I'm just a long-time user, not affiliated with the company that makes Basecamp, 37signals ). It is simply the best way to manage projects involving distributed teams. It rocks.
