Repeated the steps to reassign shortcuts and same inactivity. The three icon buttons are still there but no response or action. I had reassign several other shortcuts a couple of weeks ago with no problems, they still work. Tried the shortcuts from different locations, same problem. Uninstalled the latest program (eDrawings), rebooted but no luck.
