archi CAD does not start !! -_-

hi, i'm very new user to AC10
i use intelmac so when i heard that AC10 is also working on UB, i immediately find how to get and try AC10. and there was AC10 edu.

i registered at the site and downloaded AC10 edu int. for intelMAC.
and installed properly by using the username and serial written on the guide e-mail.

BUT it never starts!! T_T
just welcome popup message(as attached img below) and then nothing.
every restart, every same welcome and nothing.

was there anything i missed to try AC10?? plz HELP ME~

the welcome pop-up message - which appears after the splash screen - can be dismissed by clicking on it. have you tried that?

otherwise it will sit on the screen for a set period of about a minute before archicad continues to launch.

i may be wrong, but i don't believe that the full commercial version has the welcome pop-up . . . it's just EDU and NFR licenses that carry this addional 'license warning' . . ?
