Archicad and Regional Settings

Greetings to all,
I notice a strange behavior in archicad and i would like to see if anybody had a simular problem. When the regional settings in the computer are set on something that's not English, there is a 99% chance that archicad will crash whilst opening a project. The same project can be opened normally if the regional settings will be reverted in english.

If anybody had the same problem please confirm

My regional settings are greek and not problem here

for sure you are using something like archicad 6 or 7 did you try 9 ?
