Update error

hello,

I am using Archicad 11 under the educational license.
I tried updating Archicad with the Hotfix build 1200, but the update failed with this error message:

(20/03/2008 16:22:30), Install, com.graphisoft.ishield.GSModuleUpdaterFiles, err, An error occurred and product installation failed. Look at the log file C:\Program Files\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD 11\log.txt for details.

and in log.txt:
