I assume no one is responding because they have never seen anything like this. I certainly haven't.

More information might be helpful. What hardware are you using? What is that WIBU-KEY thing in your task bar? I assume that this a fully licensed copy of the program. Perhaps you need to reinstall.

I have reinstalled the programme.I just clear up my HDD then it can not startup as usuall.

What are your computer specifications and operating system?

Reinstall or better uninstall and install ArchiCAD again.
