LOST INFO BOX

Good Afternoon,

This is likely going to sound like a very stupid question, but I have never has this problem before. In my toolbox, I have "Model" "Viewpoint" and "Favorites". I used to have an "Info Box" on my ToolBox as well. For some unknown reason it has gone missing and I can not figure out how to get it back. It has made my life easier and I need it!! HELP!!
