proffesional hardware support needed

Hi

I want to build a hardcore workstation for Archicad 10 and since i dont know much about Archicad i would like some advice (if i say somthong silly please excuse me i am just beginner )
I want to design a whole city in archicad if that is possible , with werry specific data , my question is , how much RAM would i need AND witch has better preformance:
2x Amd Opteron 2.6 GHz Processors or
2x Intel Xenon 5000 2.6 GHz Processors

And ofcourse the VGa Card
Nvidia Quadro Fx 4500 with 512 MB

Remember i need maximum performance , btw thanks for reading and for the help

Above all: make sure you have a 64-bit operating system.

I have already read that anyway thx , i`ll make sure it`s 64bit OS
And that means that i dont need more than 4GB RAM , wont it be faster with like 6GB or 12GB?

ArchiCAD is a 32 bit application, which means that 4GB is the maximum it can address.
