'NCS for ArchiCAD' Files Don't Work

I can't open any of the PLN files in C:\Program Files\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD 9\Goodies\NCS for ArchiCAD. They say they have been made with a beta version. Is there any way to get the proper versions?

although the link to NCS is buried... and then sends you to the wrong page! You want to go to this link:
http://www.graphisoft.com/support/archicad/downloads/library_updates/usafull.html
and then all the way to the bottom of the page - NCS files last modified 2004-10-06.

(Strange place to post these files, since they are not library-related.)

This was an oversight by GS on the installation CD's.
