hi, i would like some help in using the magic wand tool, in section drawings to make 3d shapes, i would be grateful if someone could give me some tips.. thank you

You cannot create 3D geometry in a section window. What you need to do is to copy the linework from the section onto plan, magic wand there, view in 3D window from the top of the object, and save as 3D object from the GDL menu. Not the way any of us would like to work, but it works. ;-)

PS If you have another question, post a specific example of what you are trying to create, perhaps by posting a partial screenshot of your section window. The possibilities are too numerous to answer this generically in only a paragraph or two. ;-)
