    <description>I suspect so, yes. Verify with your reseller and request that they either give you a PIN number to upgrade or update the Graphisoft Upgrade database to let you upgrade.</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;When i lounch AC11 message is: WIBU-Key not responding; error 1050505.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;AC10 works.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reinstalled twice complete from scratch and no result.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is Saturday and my reseler business is close.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ANY IDEA GUYS?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Andy&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;XP Pro SP2, SAGER laptop, P4 3.2GHz&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>verify the status of your key online at update.graphiosft.com&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
The website will read your key and should report back to you that it is an 11 key or a key that is updateable.</description>

      <description>If it is still Ac10 keyplug try to activate it by "Upgrade/Load selected keyplug" button.</description>

      <description>Thanks for replies; my reseller called me back and I vill have to wait till Monday for my WIBU-KEY serial number was send to Graphisoft on Friday after local time business hours.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Any way, that gave me unplanned pleasure time in watching French Open.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Bravo to Nadal!&lt;BR /&gt;
