Accessing teamwork project over the network

Hi there, i have a problem accessing a teamwork project over a network, it only happen to 1 project out of hundreds, when i start archicad and login to the project I see a blank warning message dialog which just says warning. Once i click ok, the project closes. if i copy the project to a local machine it works fine. As soon as i copy back to the network the problem comes back, i have even tried as domain admin and same problem occurs.

I have also tried converting to a standalone project and the converting back to teamwork, when i try to convert (even on the local machine) i get the error message unable to create *.adm file

can anyone help?
