When the tranditional Chinese version will be release?

Dear Mr. ArchiCAD;
I am a long time user of ArchiCAD in Taiwan. Last year my company upgraded ArchiCAD from 9 to 10. However we are facing a lot of difficulties until now and hope that Graphisoft can resolve the encoding issues caused by tranditional chinese on PC and Mac.

How many letters are there in the traditional Chinese? As far as I know - a lot!

There are 32 letters in Bulgarian , which is a Cyrillic alphabeth, and half of them are the same as in Latin alphabet. And there are still problems with encoding...
