I have the exact same problem on two of my computers, different configuration but both have had problem with Quicktime updates. I have tried to solve the problem through downgrading the version of Quicktime to 7.4.1 it has been working on other computers before but not this time unfortunately.
The Navigator stops updating and disappears when I move the 3D-model around.

Configuration on computers, one working and one dont:
Operating System: Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3 (2600.xpsp.080413-2111)
Language: Swedish (Regional Setting: Swedish)
System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
System Model: OptiPlex GX280
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
The only thing different is that the pagefile is larger on one of the stations.
Then there is two different drivers for the graphiccard but that is because I have updated the one having trouble to see if that could be a possible solution but it doesnt seem to be any solution.

AC11 pallettes keep disappearing when you select items - from the ones that pop up to let you do alternate commands to even the properties scrolling across the top. It also randomly leaves numbers on the screen and the never disappear.

we have a HP9420 laptop with an ATI x1600 mobility card onboard.

We have tried all drivers and still no luck so please help.</T>
