Really sorry, my english is not good.
when start archicad, i can´t see the screen where i can choose between open or new file.

To enable the Start ArchiCAD dialog box every time you start the program, use the New & Reset All command (if you press Alt (Opt) key when choosing the New command, its name changes to New & Reset All).
