    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Whenever I go to update my key from ArchiCAD 9 to 10 the update screen starts to load and then goes completely blank. It has been doing this since I got ArchiCAD 10 (yesterday, May 25) and I am really bummed since I don't get to play on the new version!! Please help if you can.&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Only Internet Explorer or Safari. Latest updates/patches.</description>

      <description>I have Verizon with MSN. The same thing happened to me.  I had to click on my Internet Explorer icon to log on, and then my key updated fine.  Don't know why it would matter.</description>
