Hello WhiteMan!

I would have used objects available in ArchiCAD even if they differ a little form <S></S>Real Life<E></E>. Use <S></S>tilted<E></E> (<S></S>slanted<E></E>) walls as roof. Then use a <S></S>Special Window<E></E>: <S></S>W Arched Fix<E></E> and add a <S></S>Masonry Arch<E></E>. This will not bring you entirely to a finished result as I see that you wish to have plastered bricks om each side of the window. Here you may improvise with for example <S></S>Cube<E></E> (from <S></S>Basic Shapes<E></E>) on each side.

Good luck!
Try modelling a mansard roof with a wall. You can then use any of the standard windows, or create your own custom one using slabs.

Complex Profiles can also address the arch part of this problem.

I made three nested complex profile fills, extruding each as a wall.

Then , I took the basic, thick profile and added it, merged with the original walls as a tilted beam to simulate some roof slope over the top [the real detail not known to me]
