IN The Options\Work Environment\Keyboard Shortcuts page you can click the Show Shortcut List in Browser button and all shortcuts will be listed in you default web browser.

The current asssignment of F keys you will find in that generated list in your browser.
Otherwise you are free to assign any shortcut key to any of those F keys, you can even change their assignment if you want.

An easy way to find out is to try and assign a command to the F keys in your Work Environment Shortcuts. You will then see the following in the default AC12 Shortcut Scheme:

F1 Help [hard coded - can't be reasigned]
F2 Floor Plan
F3 Open 3D Window
F4 Currently not assigned to any command
F5 Show Selection/Marquee in 3D
F6 Last Selection (context menu)
F7 Last Layout (context menu)
F8 Currently not assigned to any command
F9 Currently not assigned to any command
F10 Currently not assigned to any command
F11 Currently not assigned to any command
F12 Currently not assigned to any command
Hi Link:

I'm on Mac and going back years to Quickeys, I have always had (and still do) F1 assigned to Zoom In. Is a Mac/PC thing?
I think I better let a Mac person answer that. I should have been more clear and said that the above is for PC (I just don't think there's even a single Mac in India! ).

Mac has OS keyboard shortcuts (ie. Cmd+D for Dock?) and I'll leave it to somene who works with them day in and day out to list them and how they are overridden.
Cheers,
