Why archicad turns "show shadows under windows" off?

Everytime archicad starts, it turns off "show shadows under windows" system setting on Windows 7. Is it possible to change this behaviour?

Hi,
This is a known issue, already in our Database with the ID #195063. It is planned to be fixed in the upcoming hotfixes of ARCHICAD 18 and 19. As a workaround, please switch off the shadow application then switch it on again. For further information and step-by-step help, please visit the HelpCenter:

I have the same problem. But with Archicad 15 - is there some workaround for me? Or are you planning some patch for AC 15?

Hi, the workaround is to switching off the shadow application then switching it on again. Sorry but we are not issuing updates back to version 15.
