Hi, i was wondering if diamond style facades possible like in this pic are possible in archicad? and if so what would be the best way of creating it? Thank you for your help

short answer, yes. If it's a massing model you're after, use of roof and mesh tools would be very quick and easy. search the forum and you'll see lots of cool tips and tricks from Laszlo and others. If it's for CD's then get to know the (very powerful) curtain wall tool.

PS and i almost forgot Encina's Objective add on would make this a snap.

OBJECTiVE will be an excellent tool to use for this project... i know from personal experience. You could try using the roof tool but I found it over-complicated things. Components created with OBJECTiVE very flexible.

Hi thanks for the replies. This looks so complicated. i dont even know where to start, im guessing this forum is for advanced users.

That's what I though when I started out. If you check my threads (the larger ones) you will see how I made things similar to what you want to achieve.
