    <description>This is in the new ArchiCAD help (GS AC User Guide / Chapter 4: Element Creation / Visualization Elements / Section and Elevations / Placing Section Lines / Breaking Section/Elevation Lines), and I am almost sure it was in the 7.0 Manual... But a reminder is always useful ...&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;R&gt;If you have placed a section/elevation with unnecessary 'kinks' in it, remove them by dragging the kink out past the extents of the section/elevation. &lt;BR /&gt;

That tip about sections also works a treat for getting rid of extra nodes in a slab or roof! I just held down the shift key and slid the node(s) away; none of that wasting time getting it exactly on another node.&lt;BR /&gt;
