we mostly deal with r.c.c framed structure here in india my question is for wall height how to manage different wall height according to beam depth that will be different for all wall . in r..c.c structure wall sits below a particular beam and beam supports the slab / wall acts as partition only and are not load bearing</T>

By Setting the beam Priority higher than wall priority, beam will automatically cut through the walls.

AFAIK beams automatically have higher priority than walls.

Beam Priority is set to 7 and wall priority is set to 8 by default, which I think should be the other way around, not sure why they kept it like that in the default template.

You're right Srinivas, it is the other way around. I guess I've been using favourites for so long that I forgot what the default was.
