Roof elements disappearing in section

I have a roof (a very simple duo-pitch) which, in section, periodically disappears.

One minute there, the next ... it's gone. I mean it's there but you can't see it.

Rebuilding from model doesn't make any difference.

Thought it was because the section line ran right through the apex of the roof, so I moved the section line 10mm. Ping... it appeared. Went into and out of the section a couple of times to check that it wasn't going anywhere, then went to work again. 10 minutes later it had gone, actually the cut lines were still there but the hatch had disappeared. Moved the section line back to the apex ... shazam, it appeared again.

After another 5-10mins of unrelated drafting... yep...it's away

Am I missing something?

Check that you don't have two roof slabs in the same position. This can have the effect of cancelling each other out. But why that would happen intermittently I don't know.

Could be this bug. It doesn't affect output.

i have had the exactly same problem, and the only way i was able to fix it was to move the section and rebuild. the pbm stoped for a while and ystrday i noticed it on a printed section i did the roof did cut everything but was missing fill and outline. sadly i cant replicate the pbm. for now we are stuck with it i guess

I noticed this problem happening to one or two section windows only. I was able to see the roof again when I changed the layer combination to something else and then back again.
