Small fractions

On my drawings, fractions show up as full size numbers. I suspect that there is a toggle somewhere that makes them show up as small numbers that are stacked.
Could someone please tell me how it is done?

Thanks, Nick! I've not used 'small fractions' as I don't like the look ... but stacked fractions would sure be nice.
