Can't save favourites for Drawing tool

I've been importing *.dwg details as 'place external drawing' .I'm trying to save a favorite within 'drawing selection setting ' , but the 'save current settings as favorite' is inactive.I've tried to save it through 'internal' drawings ,too, but same result. Checked favourite preferences , but there is no exclusion. Any ideas would be welcome.

Hi Norbert,

Don't select the drawing, use the eyedropper to extract the parameters then go into the settings dialog and save it as a favourite.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your reply. What I discovered is , that it's a project specific problem , as my favourites tool functions properly with other pln files. I 'll carry on digging....
