Showing text as inverted (as if looing through window at it)

HI everyone,

I am trying to shown text as inverted (as I am trying to show cut out letters on semi opaque film on a sidelight). I cant see any means by which to do it. Exploding text doesn't work, etc. Does anyone know if you can do it?

Have you tried using the 3D text object?
You can rotate it around just as you want it.
