One is your model view and one is the layout, right?&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
If so, it looks like you have the 'cover fills' switched off in the display options of the offending view.  &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
There's sort of an overlap of display settings in model versus layout views.. BOTH need to be set to the desired settings independently.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>The elements (pipes) are &lt;BR /&gt;
Special Construction 11&lt;BR /&gt;
Cylinder Shells to simulate bamboo, they work great for modeling.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
There does not appear to be a 'cover fill' option for these objects.&lt;BR /&gt;
normally it's in Floor Plan and Section.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
