https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Modeling/Losing-favorites/m-p/197713#M107109 Are you now using a different library then when you created the Favorites?<BR /> Library Parts are identified by a Global Unique Identifier (GUID) not by name since AC12.<BR /> When a Favorite is grayed out in the Favorites Palette it means that ArchiCAD does not find the library part the Favorite refers to.<BR /> <BR /> If the above is the case then what you should do is first load the Library you want to work with and then modify/recreate the Favorites. I updated all of my window and door favorites and a bunch of other things. I opened and closed the template several times and everything I have done worked just fine. All of the sudden I open the template this morning and all of my window and door Favorites are grayed out. Why did this happen? The only thing I did this morning was I had to open the Object Library 12.lcf add a file and recreate the container file. Before that I had lost half of my door favorites and that was it.
