    <description>Not the Toolbox, but the Tool Settings dialogs (and others)...  The automatically collapsing panels can be annoying on a small (short) screen, but is there because you cannot view the dialog with all panels open.  Typically, if you move the dialog to the top of your screen, you should not experience all of the animation you're describing (unless you're on a tiny monitor).</description>

&lt;BR /&gt;
The "recreational" feature of having the "curtain" go up and down when you click on it takes about 2 seconds.&lt;BR /&gt;
Assuming you do this 1000 times a day, you've wasted 30 minutes of your work time.&lt;BR /&gt;
I wonder Graphisoft put this in for fun or there's another purpose.&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
